Bagton India is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and specialises in the manufacturing and finishing of FIBC bags for bulk packaging applications. Mr. Vishnu Thirumalaiswamy is closely involved in the direction and day-to-day development of Bagton India. His role brings together the company’s production capabilities, customer requirements and wider business goals.
Strategic Rebirth: He led the transition from the legacy of Universal FIBC to Bagton India, with a renewed focus on technical craftsmanship and precision engineering.
Sales & Production Alignment: He works across sales and production to connect customer requirements with what the manufacturing team can deliver.
Day-to-Day Leadership: His involvement runs from production on the factory floor through to sales and final delivery.
The Bagton Standard: He maintains hands-on oversight of the production process, with particular attention to strength, safety and consistency.
Mrs. Varshinishri Vishnu
Mrs. VarshinIshri Vishnu looks after several of the functions that keep the business running smoothly, including people management, finance and administration.
HR & People Management: She oversees recruitment and human resources, helping Bagton build and retain a capable team.
Financial & Accounts Oversight: She manages the company’s accounts and financial operations, supporting sound day-to-day financial management.
General Administration: She oversees office and facility administration, keeping the operational side of the business organised and running efficiently.
