The facility features industrial sewing machines, an automatic fabric cutting machine, baffle cutting equipment, and dedicated quality inspection stations, giving us the control to handle tailored bulk FIBC bags with precision.
What aspects of an FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) bag can be customised?
Almost every functional element of FIBC jumbo bags can be tailored. We can customise dimensions, bag style, lifting loops, filling and discharge options, liners, sift-proofing, UV stabilisation, colour and printing. Baffle bags can also be produced with internal baffle structures using Bagton’s dedicated baffle cutting equipment.
